Paella cooking classes at the Assembly Hall, Dalston on Friday 18 March at 7pm

great way to learn more about Spanish history and culture

Spain’s most famous international dish

Join us with a Paella master lesson followed by a supper club.

The event will be on the 18 March at the Assembly Hall in Dalston at 7pm and will last about 3 hours.

In this lesson we will learn cooking vocabulary and later our chef Xavi Meroño, from London Paella school, will teach us all the secrets on how to cook a great traditional paella (without chorizo of course).

Later we will partner up and you will show your skills in the kitchen, of course while you enjoy a glass of wine.

Once we all cooked our lovely paellas, we will start our Supper club. We will enjoy our paellas and also some tapas to share that the chef will cook for us.

Not only will you learn how to cook Spain’s most famous dish, but this is a great way to learn more about Spanish history and culture plus some new vocabulary too.

The session lasts about an hour and a half and is followed by a fantastic supper, which you will have cooked including some delicious tapas cooked by our Master Chef.

Max 20 students per class with cooking teams of two and a choice of seafood, chicken or vegetarian paella
