Darwin’s Tortoise/La Tortuga de Darwin
Still four more days left to enjoy “Darwin’s Tortoise/La Tortuga de Darwin”, a play directed by Paula Paz. Set in 20th century Europe, the play tells the story of the tortoise Charles Darwin brought back from the Galapagos Islands through the words of an old woman who shows up in the office of a history professor.
The performances are in either English or Spanish.
Oscar Tusquets at London Art Biennale
Spanish architect and artist Oscar Tusquets Blanca has been selected as part of the London Art Biennale, which is taking place at the Chelsea Old Town Hall. Oscar Tusquets Blanca’s ‘Gran Benidorm’ is a series of paintings that explores the architecture, history and character of the city. His works are going to be shown at the Biennale from Wednesday 29th March to Sunday 2nd April.
