¡Hola! ¿Qué tal? I’m Maria and I come from Villanueva de los Infantes, a small town in the region of Castilla La-Mancha, very famous for Don Quijote and manchego cheese!
I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting by the University of Granada and an MA in Teaching English as a foreign language. I am a fully qualified teacher in Spanish and I hold my QTS. I am also a certified DELE examiner by the Instituto Cervantes for levels A1 to B2.
Since I moved to England 5 years ago, I have been working as a Spanish teacher for adults and children in Birmingham and now in London.
I feel passionate about languages and I always try to transfer my enthusiasm to my students in all my lessons. I believe learning languages means having lots of fun and that is why my lessons are full of games and enjoyable activities to make students practice Spanish while having a great time.
Get ready to have a great time while learning one of the most spoken languages in the word! I look forward to seeing you at ¡Vamos!
