"¡Hola! My name is also Alba and I come from Valencia!
I hold a degree in Spanish Studies (Universitat de València) and I am currently studying a Master’s degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language at Universitat de Barcelona. I have been teaching Spanish in an immersion context in Valencia for one and half years and I previously taught Spanish in Tallinn (Estonia) as a part of an internship.
I am an enthusiastic and inspiring language teacher who loves sharing her passion about the Spanish language and our culture. Teaching languages is a beautiful job because it works towards building bridges between people and cultures.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing my students getting to know each other through Spanish and gaining the confidence to communicate in the language and learn about Spanish and Latin American culture.

This course is part three of the Elementary A2 syllabus. It’s a 20 hour course over 10 weeks. You will follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.
Clara was an excellent teacher. She was innovative in her use of different mediums. (videos, poems, audio, books) and her detailed summary emails were really helpful.
Really enjoyable – I specially liked how each lesson reinforces what we have learnt in previous classes. Clara is extremely patient and has a great approach to ensuring we are exposed to lots of Spanish whilst giving us the opportunity to ask questions and ensuring our understanding. Looking forward to level 2!
The program was useful; I can say that I’ve learned more than expected. It was really fun, thank you.
I found this Spanish programme great, exciting and very helpful. A very educative school.
The programme was well suited to a beginner like myself as we progressed through the grammar and vocabulary and reinforced this with speaking, listening and reading. I feel that doing the first three levels with Vamos has given me a good foundation and something from which I can build. It was demanding at times (doing three intensive courses) but we covered a huge amount of ground if I look over all three levels. Paula was very supportive and happy to answer questions, of which there were many! I still lack confidence in speaking and formulating sentences but I hope that I will make progress in those areas over time. Thanks for all the help and teaching so far.
Very flexible. Fun teachers with interactive style. Really enjoyed the course.
The classes were great and Amaya was a great teacher for the course, I believe I was able to learn new things in the class and will continue with courses at Vamos 🙂
The program ensures that with an optimum level of effort the student gains solid foundations. The class was well taught as Andrea blended seriousness, pedagogy and fun.
Andrea is perfect. Class is fun. I enjoy very much!
