"¡Hola! My name is David and I'm from Zaragoza, a mid-sized city in North East Spain.
I am a Philosophy graduate from the University of Zaragoza, and I have a SIELE Teacher Course Certificate from Instituto Cervantes.
I spent some years of my apprenticeship in Oxford and Budapest and became a teacher of Spanish as a second language three years ago, first in my hometown and now in London.
In addition to Spanish language and culture, I am passionate about music, cinema, football and literature and I love to connect with my students and make our classes even more in engaging.
See you in class! ¡Nos vemos en clase!"

This course is part two of the Elementary A2 syllabus. It’s a 20 hour course over 10 weeks. You will follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.
Andrea was very engaging and informative, providing a suitable balance of English and Spanish throughout the course. The class size was optimum also, as there was suitable opportunities to read in Spanish, speak the language, and ask necessary questions. All in all a solid foundation to build from a basic understanding of the language.
Amazing, so much fun! As an adult learner with a busy life the most important thing is for it to be fun because I would fade with exhaustion otherwise. I wish I had more time for the homework to match the excellent teaching! Will keep trying; it’s tough but very rewarding.
I really enjoyed the beginner course. The teacher is very passionate about the language. Elvira was also very knowledgeable about Spanish and Latin American culture.
It is interactive which keeps your mind active and there is no danger of falling asleep! The classes are a good size and the course materials are very relevant. I feel I have progressed substantially and any further progress is down to studying more at home. I enjoy it a lot and look forward to the lessons.
Really fun! The teacher was very helpful and explained difficult subjects in an interesting way which made it easy to understand.
Sandra is an excellent teacher. I had a great time
It’s a very good program!
The course is very fast-paced and challenging. In particular the verbs are difficult to grasp. However the course is enjoyable. Andrea and Russell are both very friendly and welcoming and would recommend the course to others.
The course is well designed and gives a good foundation of basic language skills across most of the 4 key skills
