"Hola! Qué tal? I am Paula from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I have a degree from the University of Barcelona for teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I have worked in language institutes and French International Schools in Dubai and Hong Kong and I like my lessons to be interesting, fun and practical!
Learning a new language has to adapt to your needs to communicate, so to me the most important is to get you speaking Spanish from day one. That’s why creating the right atmosphere in class is key for everyone to feel relaxed and willing to participate.
I look forward to having the opportunity to help you learn, not only the language but also some of the culture that comes along.
See you soon at Vamos!!"

We’re a little different from other language schools. Our roots lie in the Spanish further education sector and here at Holborn our students have as much fun learning as we have teaching. That’s why our courses are so effective and why our students say our lessons are rewarding and so much fun.
This course is part two of the Elementary A2 syllabus. It’s a 20 hour course over 10 weeks. You will follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.
Getting very tough now, but Ines has been very thorough and patient with her teaching method. Ines always tries to incorporate some fun games / quizzes where she can make the lessons enjoyable.
Great class, great teacher. Makes you feel welcome even if you’re late. We covered a variety of topics/ themes. Will definitely continue to Level 10.
I liked Enrique’s classes as he encouraged us to speak and not constantly rely on class notes. This has been a thoroughly good program which I have enjoyed attending.
The variety of activities is very good: listening, talking, writing. As the class sizes are small, you’re able to cover a lot in one class! This level focused a lot on grammar, which was difficult.
Amazing as always, especially Amaya our teacher. Love the addition of the booster classes.
Enrique was amazing. Wish I could have stayed for level 2!
I liked it. I used a different program before and in comparison this one is better – faster and more entertaining. Conversation class was fun too! I did not use the catch-up class but I think it’s great to have such option.
I really enjoyed the course Paula is an excellent teacher who made the classes interesting and fun. It can be quite hard to be enthusiastic about evening classes after a long day of the work but this was not an issue with Paula’s class. I have now signed up for the next course.
I am consistently aware with how much I learn with Andrea. I look forward to continuing my course with her!
