Your Teacher

"Hola a todos

My name is Elisabet and I am from Almería, in the sunny southeast coast of Spain.

I have a degree in Spanish Language and Literature at University of Almería and a MA in Teaching Spanish as a foreign language at University of Granada.

I have a passion for teaching and I love learning about different cultures. That's why I have lived in Germany, Netherlands and Romania, whilst teaching Spanish to adults, children and teenagers. My main goal is to make students feel comfortable in their learning process and to adapt to each student’s needs.

I look forward to sharing the Spanish culture with you and showing you how wonderful and easy it is to learn Spanish!

See you soon! ¡Hasta pronto!"

About Us

We’re a little different from other language schools. Our roots lie in the Spanish further education sector and here at Holborn our students have as much fun learning as we have teaching. That’s why our courses are so effective and why our students say our lessons are rewarding and so much fun.

More about this course

This is part two of 3 levels that form the A1 starting point to learning Spanish. It’s a 20 hour course over 10 weeks aimed at students who have  completed level 1. You will follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.

We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.
