We’re a little different from other language schools. Our roots lie in the Spanish further education sector and here at Holborn our students have as much fun learning as we have teaching. That’s why our courses are so effective and why our students say our lessons are rewarding and so much fun.
This course forms part four of the Upper Intermediate B2 syllabus. It’s a 20 hour course over 10 weeks. You will follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.
Very enjoyable and Vanessa is a great teacher.
I thought the course gave a good understanding of the Spanish language in general. I thought Elena was excellent throughout, very enthusiastic and always has time for everyone. Gracias Elena!
The course was great and Clara was fantastic! She is passionate and makes you feel comfortable, she is always pushing you to talk Spanish and the method with the exercises in groups is really good; it obliges you to talk to the other students. It’s great having the documents, lessons and summaries digitally (pdf, word, etc) as it’s easier to carry and read on the train.
