"¡Hola! My name is also Alba and I come from Valencia!
I hold a degree in Spanish Studies (Universitat de València) and I am currently studying a Master’s degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language at Universitat de Barcelona. I have been teaching Spanish in an immersion context in Valencia for one and half years and I previously taught Spanish in Tallinn (Estonia) as a part of an internship.
I am an enthusiastic and inspiring language teacher who loves sharing her passion about the Spanish language and our culture. Teaching languages is a beautiful job because it works towards building bridges between people and cultures.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing my students getting to know each other through Spanish and gaining the confidence to communicate in the language and learn about Spanish and Latin American culture.

We’re a little different from other language schools. Our roots lie in the Spanish further education sector and here at Holborn our students have as much fun learning as we have teaching. That’s why our courses are so effective and why our students say our lessons are rewarding and so much fun.
This course forms part one of the Upper Intermediate B2 syllabus.
It’s a 20 hour course over 10 weeks. You will follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.
I enjoyed the whole weekend, especially the well organised Spanish lessons. Clara is brilliant. It would have been even better if we had an itinerary hand out so we could plan ahead as it was not always clear and if we had a plan B activity as the weather was not on our side.
I enjoy learning Spanish here in Vamos because everyone is approachable and the class size is just right 🙂
Very useful! Lots of coverage of different topics. Helpful teacher and plenty of resources offered.
Really enjoyed the teaching style – it was relaxed which helped me feel more confident to speak but pushed me to achieve more. Fiamma is AMAZING! She made learning easier and FUN. I’m glad to be continuing to Level 2 with Fiamma.
I loved it! I’m really happy with my Spanish and I’m already able to speak it a bit. Andrea is super professional, patient, experienced and helpful. I loved everything about this course, I really really hope you will never change the teacher!
Great teacher, greater class. Learn in such a fun way!
Really enjoyed the class with Cristina! She’s very passionate.
Good intro programme and well executed for a challenging once a week schedule. Well done!
Maria is the best teacher, and I like learning Spanish at Vamos.
