Hola, chicos! ¿Cómo estáis? I am Ana from Los Molinos, a town near Madrid!
I have a degree in Spanish Language and Literature and a Master’s degree in teaching and I obtained them both at the Complutense University in Madrid.
I am also an official DELE examiner for B1, B2, C1 and C2 levels, but it is important for you to know that teaching Spanish is not only my work but my passion as well.
I love to see the evolution of my students from the very basics of saying ‘hola’ to having fluent conversations in Spanish - and by involving the Spanish culture and spirit, I am inviting you all to join me for an exciting journey called ‘aprender español’.¡Vamos!

This is a 14-hour course in preparation of the official DELE B2 exam
(exam fee £146 at Instituto Cervantes in London.)
Registration cut off date is 15 February and the exam date is 7 April (written exam/oral exam)
The DELE examinations have been designed following the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) of the Council of Europe.
The Diplomas in Spanish DELE were created in 1988 by the Ministry of Education (RD 826/88). The Diplomas DELE are official qualifications certifying the degree of competence and mastery of Spanish, granted by Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain.
The DELE examination provides for all the different variants of the Spanish language. They are all considered as valid to obtain the diploma.
The DELE examinations have been designed following the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) of the Council of Europe, which ensures a practical way of establishing a standard, international and objective measurement of the level that should be reached at each teaching stage, and in evaluating results.
The University of Salamanca collaborates with Instituto Cervantes in designing exam papers and in grading the tests leading to the Diplomas in Spanish. The levels of the Diplomas in Spanish are integrated into the CEFR:

Diploma in Spanish Level A2
Diploma in Spanish Level B1
Diploma in Spanish Level B2
Diploma in Spanish Level C1
Diploma in Spanish Level C2
The course has been fantastic! I have been learning Spanish with Vamos since last year and I am amazed at how much I have learnt. This is mainly due to the excellent quality of the teaching. Sonia is an inspiring and highly skilled teacher who makes the lessons fun and engaging. She also provides a very structured framework of grammar and language skills which we build on each session. She shares her knowledge of Spanish culture and makes lessons really enjoyable and great fun. I am really inspired to keep learning.
It feels like a safe space to learn and ask questions. The activity book is very helpful and Sonia is friendly and knowledgeable.
