"¡Hola! My name is David and I'm from Zaragoza, a mid-sized city in North East Spain.
I am a Philosophy graduate from the University of Zaragoza, and I have a SIELE Teacher Course Certificate from Instituto Cervantes.
I spent some years of my apprenticeship in Oxford and Budapest and became a teacher of Spanish as a second language three years ago, first in my hometown and now in London.
In addition to Spanish language and culture, I am passionate about music, cinema, football and literature and I love to connect with my students and make our classes even more in engaging.
See you in class! ¡Nos vemos en clase!"
We're a little different from other language schools. Our roots lie in the Spanish further education sector and here at Holborn our students have as much fun learning as we have teaching. That’s why our courses are so effective and why our students say our lessons are rewarding and so much fun.
This is the first course in our A2 Elementary levels 4-6.
It’s a 20 hour course aimed at students who have already completed A1 levels 1, 2 and 3. You will follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.

The programme in the classes is explained simply and usefully. All classes were very interesting and funny. We received loads of support and help from Nereida. She has got loads of patience and she is very good at explaining stuff. I will definitely go further with studying with Nereida.
Excellent! I would definitely recommend Vamos to others. I have already learnt so much. It is a friendly relaxed atmosphere and Carol is a great teacher.
It was a great experience. Neus is a brilliant teacher and has a very good teaching method. I never felt tired or bored in the class after whole day of office. Her handouts were very helpful in the learning experience. Will definitely join back in May.
I found the course very engaging and a lot of fun. The teaching methods have allowed me to pick up phrases easily and use them with confidence. Really good fun.
Very pleased, I feel I have made further progress in my Spanish studies
A thoughtful, enjoyable ten weeks course that covered concepts in a fun manner. The teaching was excellent.
Muy bien! I enjoy the Spanish classes as they are always fun, with a lot of talking in classes which I need. Paula is always patient and smiley.
Andrea was very engaging and informative, providing a suitable balance of English and Spanish throughout the course. The class size was optimum also, as there was suitable opportunities to read in Spanish, speak the language, and ask necessary questions. All in all a solid foundation to build from a basic understanding of the language.
Learning was very enjoyable and Amaya has a great energy. Personally I struggle with verbs, but I missed a couple of classes and also had a break between Level 1 and Level 2.
