"¡Hola gente! I am Diana from Argentina!
I have a Bachelors’ degree in English Teaching and a Masters in Linguistics. I have taught English in many language schools, but teaching my native language is a special experience for me.
I love creating language learning materials and researching new teaching methods, especially on technology and news ways of making language learning an even more enjoyable experience.
I like my classes to be fun and provide friendly atmosphere where everybody can reach their full potential and know that learning a language is much more than learning grammar and endless lists of vocabulary.
Learning a language allows you to connect with people, welcome differences and look at the world through a different set of eyes!"
We're a little different from other language schools. Our roots lie in the Spanish further education sector and here at Holborn our students have as much fun learning as we have teaching. That’s why our courses are so effective and why our students say our lessons are rewarding and so much fun.
This course forms part one of the Proficiency C2 syllabus
It’s a 20-hour course during which you follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.

Engaging, entertaining a very useful. I came away from the lessons filled with joy and new words.
It is very interactive with lots of fun! I enjoyed level 1, learning basics of Spanish which is a very different language to me.
I’ve really enjoyed my 10 weeks and am coming back for more! I like the friendly teaching style and level of interaction in classes. The complementary conversation classes are really great as well.
Very well done. Friendly. Very good teacher. Very good vibe/atmosphere. Good exercises. I would recommend it. Overall I think it’s a great course.
Really interactive, lots of speaking and not too much English which is great. Very good, clear explanations of grammar and lots of fun!
I was very impressed as I didn’t know what to expect but it is a very well thought out course and I love it so far. The class has been great and the people I’ve met have made it more enjoyable. Can’t wait for Level 2 to start.
It’s a friendly and fun approach that allows you to learn and have fun. Best course I’ve ever attended! Thank you Carol!
Well taught – Andrea planned the lessons very well. Good variation in activities.
The activity book is great and keeps the homework together, so is useful to refer to. Andrea is a really enthusiastic teacher and makes learning fun. I found level 6 quite difficult in parts but practising will make it easier I am sure. Thanks!
