"¡Hola! My name is Tatiana and I am from Seville, a gorgeous city in the South of Spain.
I have a Degree in Journalism and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language to Adults from Institute Cervantes and Roehampton University.
Teaching is not only the passion of my life but my vocation. I really enjoy dispensing the knowledge of my language and culture as well as teaching people the skills to learn the Spanish Language.
My teaching style is based on learning through enjoyment and to be in touch with the culture as well as the need of communication from the beginning.
I'm looking forward to meeting you at Vamos!"
We're a little different from other language schools. Our roots lie in the Spanish further education sector and here at Holborn our students have as much fun learning as we have teaching. That’s why our courses are so effective and why our students say our lessons are rewarding and so much fun.
This course forms part one of the Advanced C1 syllabus.
It’s a 20-hour course during which you follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.

Great teacher. Lessons move on quickly so I need to do more of my own revision and recaps.
Very good, interesting and fun classes! Especially like the fact that Amaya tells us extra tips and information so we understand the concepts.
Clara is an amazing teacher. She is brilliant! Friendly, very well organised.
Just like the previous levels, Patricia is an excellent teacher and she is very supportive. She makes learning a difficult language seem easy and natural. I have grown in confidence with both speaking and writing thanks to her classes!
I like how the class is well organised and Andrea is friendly. Thank you.
I have really enjoyed this introduction to Spanish and am amazed how much I’ve learnt in such a relatively short amount of time. Can’t wait to start the next level. My only constructive feedback would be to have ‘thrown us in the deep end’ a bit at the beginning by speaking more Spanish to us and less English. And maybe a little more homework (really!). I found it really helpful when Adela started speaking always in Spanish!
The most enjoyable from all the courses so far. Enric is always very well prepared and makes it interesting. Enric has a lot of patient which is important for someone like me (bottom of the class).
Paula was excellent. She is a very patient teacher and always very positive. She created a positive learning environment every day. She remained enthusiastic and allowed me to make mistakes, never making me disappointed in myself. The course is intense but Paula broke it down step by step.
I have really enjoyed this course. Noelia has been a really great teacher and I found it really easy to learn from her. I also think it’s great that you have allowed me to make up the classes I’ve missed. I will continue on to level 2.
