"¡Hola! My name is Tatiana and I am from Seville, a gorgeous city in the South of Spain.
I have a Degree in Journalism and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language to Adults from Institute Cervantes and Roehampton University.
Teaching is not only the passion of my life but my vocation. I really enjoy dispensing the knowledge of my language and culture as well as teaching people the skills to learn the Spanish Language.
My teaching style is based on learning through enjoyment and to be in touch with the culture as well as the need of communication from the beginning.
I'm looking forward to meeting you at Vamos!"
We're a little different from other language schools. Our roots lie in the Spanish further education sector and here at Holborn our students have as much fun learning as we have teaching. That’s why our courses are so effective and why our students say our lessons are rewarding and so much fun.
This is part one of 3 levels that form the A1 starting point to learning Spanish.
It’s a 20 hour course. You will follow an established model of teaching through spoken and written activities, extra reading, tests, reviews, ideas, and games in pairs or groups.
We use powerful learning tools such as presentations, images, videos and audio tapes that stimulate our lessons and encourage students to engage with each other in developing the four essential skills – reading, speaking, listening and writing.

Before joining Vamos I’ve been trying to learn basic Spanish for a year and a half and now I’m making progress I understand the difference between ser and estar. The course and teacher have helped me with this 🙂
The classes were good fun and small enough to be able to get involved in the group conversations. The class was an enjoyable way to learn Spanish and I would definitely recommend it.
The program as a whole was good. It is getting more difficult. I need to revise more. As a whole I am happy with the course content and the teaching method of Noelia.
I really enjoyed the course as a whole. Enric was welcoming and never made anyone feel silly for making mistakes. I liked the fact he used a mixture of Spanish and English to explain when necessary, although it was good to hear mostly Spanish! I definitely hope to do more courses with Vamos.
A thoughtful, enjoyable ten weeks course that covered concepts in a fun manner. The teaching was excellent.
I liked the course and the teacher and my groupmates. Hope to see you on Level 6.
I feel like in 20 weeks I have learned lot considering I knew no Spanish at the start. The course has taken commitment on my part a lot of my achievement is due to the excellent and engaging teaching by Amaya.
The course covered a variety of topics which were well linked. The pace was quite quick and it is sometimes difficult to keep up if you don’t revise.
Enric was very simpatico, he was full of energy and very patient. It’s been a fantastic week. I have learnt loads and gone from being nervous to feeling a little more confident and considering learning even more. Would love to do a course with Enric again.
