I studied at Complutense University of Madrid where I obtained a Degree in English Language and Literature and a Masters Degree in Teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
I follow the communicative approach in my lessons, creating a relaxing and friendly environment in class where everyone feels comfortable and eager to participate and interact with each other.
Teaching my native language is an amazing experience that gives me the chance to meet people from all over the world and share the Spanish language and culture with them.

Hola! I'm Amaya from the famous city of Salamanca!
I studied at Salamanca university where in addition to my Spanish teaching degree I obtained a Masters degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
I have many years experience in the education sector, including seven as a class teacher (three at Salamanca University) and one as an A-level teacher in London.
I joined Vamos in January 2012 and helped create the school's academic department. As well as teaching, my responsibilities include teacher recruitment and training in ensuring we continue to provide our students with the highest standards of teaching.

I have a degree in Spanish Language and Literature and a Master’s degree in teaching and I obtained them both at the Complutense University in Madrid.
I am also an official DELE examiner for B1, B2, C1 and C2 levels, but it is important for you to know that teaching Spanish is not only my work but my passion as well.

Teaching is what I love and I worked for several language schools in Argentina before joining Vamos in August 2012.
Since then my role has grown and I am now one of the school's academic managers.
Learning a language involves getting to know different cultures and ways of living, but it’s also about having fun and laughing in order to make the most of this amazing experience. What I enjoy most about my job is that it gives me the chance to meet people from all over the world, learn a little about their culture and share my own.

¡Hola! I’m Andrea from Bilbao, in the north of Spain!
I have a 4-year degree in Spanish Studies from the University of Deusto, which covered linguistics, literature, grammar and the history of the Spanish language and I later qualified as a teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language.
I am an official DELE examiner (awarded by Institute Cervantes, London) for levels A1 to C2 and since joining Vamos in September 2012, I am also one of the school's academic managers.
My teaching style places particular emphasis on a communicative approach and I always want my students to get the most out of their lesson.

Hola! I'm Carolina from Madrid, the “heart of Spain” although I was born in Barcelona!
After finishing my University studies in Spain I qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK and since then I have been teaching Spanish for more than 12 years.

I started teaching when I was 17 and loved it so much I haven’t done much else since! Everything that followed has focused my career on this path.
I have a degree in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and one in Linguistics and Literature. I also have a certificate in Teaching Spanish to Adults from Instituto Cervantes and Roehampton University and QTS in the UK.
I believe learning a language should be fun and useful, which is what I try to convey in my lessons and why I like to bring tasks from the real world into my class.

Hola, I am Diana, from Galicia, in the North West of Spain.
I moved to London in 2013 and I am loving my life in this multicultural city. I am a very enthusiastic and optimistic person who enjoys being fully immersed in all the projects I am involved with. I have been in education for ten years and found that teaching Spanish as a foreign language to adults is my passion.
I am a qualified Spanish teacher by Instituto Cervantes of London and I am currently studying a Master’s Degree in Spanish Teaching. I enjoy embracing and learning from all the experiences in life such as travelling, working and meeting people. I feel so lucky that this job gives me the opportunity to meet amazing people from all over the world.

¡Buenas, gente! I am Elena and I am from Córdoba in the south of Spain!
I love to teach and I love to study too. My qualifications include a B.A. in English Studies and an M.A. in Spanish and I also have a Certificate in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from International House, Barcelona and I am a qualified DELE Examiner for C1/C2 levels. And in addition to that I am also halfway through my Masters in Spanish and Latin American Cultural Studies.
I have been teaching Spanish since 2008 and I couldn't be happier. It is very rewarding to teach my native language, but especially to make my students discover the Hispanic worldview.
A bit more about me? Well, I can spend a week without checking Facebook and sneeze with my eyes open. I can race around Ikea and go to the gym and not work out. And I can bake a 30-minute-brownie in 20 minutes; sleep on a Ryanair flight… and if all that does not impress you then come to Vamos and discover how fast you can learn Spanish and how much fun it is.

I've always loved to study different languages and learn about other cultures, so 3 years ago I decided to make teaching Spanish my profession and I love it.
I qualified as a teacher at International House London where I learnt about the communicative approach and a few months ago I also qualified as a DELE A1/A2 examiner at Instituto Cervantes in London.
I always aim to make my lessons interesting and enjoyable with cultural tips, so my students travelling to South America and Spain can communicate with native Spanish speakers.

I love teaching languages. After working in Spanish Primary Schools for the past ten years, I moved to London in 2014, looking for new experiences.
I have a degree as a Primary School Teacher Specialising in Foreign Languages (Barcelona University) and a certificate in teaching Spanish to Adults from Instituto Cervantes and Roehampton University and I also have QTS status in the UK.

¡Hola! I am Jèssica Pujol from Mataró, a sunny seaside town north of Barcelona.
I have a PhD in Comparative Literature from UCL and a Postgraduate degree in Translation from UNED. I have been teaching Spanish in London since I started my PhD in 2010, and I don’t want to stop because I really enjoy it!
Learning a foreign language has only positive outcomes. It opens up worlds you never suspected, bringing you closer to people from other countries and their cultures. It is an experience that gives us a wider and more understanding view of the world. I have a degree in Spanish Language and Literature and a Master in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE). I am also certified as a DELE examiner for advanced levels by Instituto Cervantes and a qualified teacher (QTS) in the UK.
Teaching Spanish and travelling are my two biggest passions and I feel very lucky to have lived in different countries teaching my language and culture and helping students from all over the world.

I have been working as a teacher and translator for over 15 years and I can speak English, Italian and French fluently. I have been teaching Spanish in London for five years using the communicative approach, which balances the four skills and gives students the opportunity to interact which each other in the classroom.

I hold a BA (Hons) from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a postgraduate in teaching Spanish as a foreign language certified by Roehampton University and Instituto Cervantes. Currently I am also studying for an MA at Kings College London.
Since I was little, I have always recognised that teaching is my vocation. I love to share my knowledge and see how students enjoy and improve during the lesson. I have experience teaching English in schools back in Spain and teaching Spanish to adults here in London. ¡Hola! my name is Ruth and I am from a small city called 'Soria' in Castilla y Leon, which is in the middle of the Iberian Peninsula.
I have a Spanish degree and I am a qualified teacher with a Certificate in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from International House and the DTLLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector) and I have just completed my MA in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language.
