I studied at Complutense University of Madrid where I obtained a Degree in English Language and Literature and a Masters Degree in Teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
I follow the communicative approach in my lessons, creating a relaxing and friendly environment in class where everyone feels comfortable and eager to participate and interact with each other.
Teaching my native language is an amazing experience that gives me the chance to meet people from all over the world and share the Spanish language and culture with them.

Hola! I'm Amaya from the famous city of Salamanca.
I studied at Salamanca university where in addition to my Spanish teaching degree I obtained a Masters degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
I have many years experience in the education sector, including seven as a class teacher (three at Salamanca University) and one as an A-level teacher in London.
Since joining Vamos in March 2012 I have helped develop the school's academic department as well as extra activities here at Holborn and in Spain. In addition to teaching, special projects remains part of my role.

I have a degree in Spanish Language and Literature and a Master’s degree in teaching and I obtained them both at the Complutense University in Madrid.
I am also an official DELE examiner for B1, B2, C1 and C2 levels, but it is important for you to know that teaching Spanish is not only my work but my passion as well.

Teaching is what I love and I worked for several language schools in Argentina before joining Vamos in August 2012.
Since then my role has grown and I am now one of the school's academic managers.
Learning a language involves getting to know different cultures and ways of living, but it’s also about having fun and laughing in order to make the most of this amazing experience. What I enjoy most about my job is that it gives me the chance to meet people from all over the world, learn a little about their culture and share my own.

I have a 4-year degree in Spanish Studies from the University of Deusto, which covered linguistics, literature, grammar and the history of the Spanish language and I later qualified as a teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language.
I am an official DELE examiner (awarded by Institute Cervantes, London) for levels A1 to C2 and since joining Vamos in September 2012, I am also one of the school's academic managers.
My teaching style places particular emphasis on a communicative approach and I always want my students to get the most out of their lesson.

Hola! I'm Carolina from Madrid, the “heart of Spain” although I was born in Barcelona!
After finishing my University studies in Spain I qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK and since then I have been teaching Spanish for more than 12 years.

I started teaching when I was 17 and loved it so much I haven’t done much else since! Everything that followed has focused my career on this path.
I have a degree in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and one in Linguistics and Literature. I also have a certificate in Teaching Spanish to Adults from Instituto Cervantes and Roehampton University and QTS in the UK.
I believe learning a language should be fun and useful, which is what I try to convey in my lessons and why I like to bring tasks from the real world into my class.

Hola, I am Diana, from Galicia, in the North West of Spain.
I moved to London in 2013 and I am loving my life in this multicultural city. I am a very enthusiastic and optimistic person who enjoys being fully immersed in all the projects I am involved with. I have been in education for ten years and found that teaching Spanish as a foreign language to adults is my passion.
I am a qualified Spanish teacher by Instituto Cervantes of London and I have a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I enjoy embracing and learning from all life's experiences such as travelling, working and meeting people. ¡Buenas, gente! I am Elena and I am from Córdoba in the south of Spain!
I love to teach and I love to study too. My qualifications include a B.A. in English Studies and an M.A. in Spanish and I also have a Certificate in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from International House, Barcelona and I am a qualified DELE Examiner for C1/C2 levels. And in addition to that I am also halfway through my Masters in Spanish and Latin American Cultural Studies.
I have been teaching Spanish since 2008 and I couldn't be happier. It is very rewarding to teach my native language, but especially to make my students discover the Hispanic worldview.
A bit more about me? Well, I can spend a week without checking Facebook and sneeze with my eyes open. I can race around Ikea and go to the gym and not work out. And I can bake a 30-minute-brownie in 20 minutes; sleep on a Ryanair flight… and if all that does not impress you then come to Vamos and discover how fast you can learn Spanish and how much fun it is.

Hola! I am Elvira Tallo from Vejer, a beautiful Andalucian town in the south west coast of Cádiz where Atlantic meets Mediterranean sea.
I studied Audiovisual Communications in Málaga and Warsaw and it was during my time in Poland when I discovered my passion for teaching and being part of a Spanish literature and language club.
After my experience, I moved to London and decided to prepare myself for becoming a teacher, so I studied a Graduate Certificate of Spanish language at Instituto Cervantes and Roehampton University.
I find it really interesting being able to communicate in other languages and discovering new cultures and ways of thinking through them. That is one of the main reason I love being a Spanish teacher. It is really rewarding and fun to give the tools that students need to instill themselves with passion for Spanish and Latin American cultures and language and helping them in their adventure of learning a new language in a fun and dynamic way.
I love culture, travelling, music, gigs, gardening and cooking, all mixed with a big passion of learning and sharing ideas.

Hola! I am Enric Sancho from Barcelona.
I've always loved to study different languages and learn about other cultures, so 3 years ago I decided to make teaching Spanish my profession and I love it.
I qualified as a teacher at International House London where I learnt about the communicative approach and a few months ago I also qualified as a DELE A1/A2 examiner at Instituto Cervantes in London.
I always aim to make my lessons interesting and enjoyable with cultural tips, so my students travelling to South America and Spain can communicate with native Spanish speakers.

I love teaching languages. After working in Spanish Primary Schools for the past ten years, I moved to London in 2014, looking for new experiences.
I have a degree as a Primary School Teacher Specialising in Foreign Languages (Barcelona University) and a certificate in teaching Spanish to Adults from Instituto Cervantes and Roehampton University and I also have QTS status in the UK.

I have a degree in Modern Languages and a PGCE in Teaching from Universidad Complutense (Madrid). I have also trained and certified at Instituto Cervantes, London
I have been working as a teacher and translator for over 15 years and I can speak English, Italian and French fluently. I think that learning to communicate in a new language is one of the most challenging yet rewarding skills to achieve, so I can fully understand how a learner feels: I have been in your shoes myself!

I have a Degree in Teaching Foreign Languages and a Postgraduate Degree in teaching Spanish for adults.
I have been teaching Spanish in London for five years using the communicative approach, which balances the four skills and gives students the opportunity to interact which each other in the classroom.
My lessons include a variety of materials and include cultural content, but the most important thing for me is they are fun too!

I hold a BA (Hons) from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a postgraduate in teaching Spanish as a foreign language certified by Roehampton University and Instituto Cervantes. I completed my MA in September 2016 at Kings College London and I am also a PhD candidate at the Open University.
Since completing my degree, I have sought to keep increasing my knowledge of linguistics and communication. I fully appreciate the importance of learning a language and the value it brings to both job and leisure opportunities. I have a Spanish degree and I am a qualified teacher with a Certificate in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from International House and the DTLLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector) and I have just completed my MA in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language.
